Superior Essex Runs Its Last Race of the Year in the World’s Fastest Sport

Last weekend, Superior Essex sponsored the No. 14 TriStar Motorsports Toyota at Texas Motor Speedway for the Xfinity Series O’Reilly Auto Part Challenge in what will be its last set of race sponsorships this year. Superior Essex previously sponsored the No. 14 TriStar Motorsports Toyota in the Kansas Lottery 300 race at Kansas Speedway on Saturday, October 15^th. The car was also co-sponsored by Southwest Networks, the Ascend Group and Graybar at Texas Motor Speedway, and by KGP, MSA, and Accu-Tech at the Kansas Speedway in October.

The No. 14 Toyota was driven by Matt DiBenedetto, whose solid performance on the track at Kansas Speedway three weeks ago saw him finish in 11th place out of forty cars. Unfortunately, after struggling with mechanical issues during Saturday’s race at Texas Motor Speedway, DiBenedetto ended his day with 129 laps complete and finishing 36th.

As a part of its Speed eXPerience initiative, Superior Essex is working with NASCAR and its sponsors to generate B2B relationships that aim to create a new demand for its products throughout the NASCAR industry. More than thirty customers and VIPs also attended these Superior Essex-sponsored events in Kansas and in Texas, allowing the cable manufacturer and its co-sponsors to strengthen business relationships with new and existing customers.
