The COVID-19 pandemic affected manufacturing facilities around the world, and we felt that here at Superior Essex. With limited personnel on the floor, the team of Fiber Production Supervisors had to find creative solutions to keep production moving and people safe. The team at the Brownwood plant was able to keep the floor staffed and mitigate the spread of the virus.

Their hard work paid off and the plant met shipping goals every week. Most importantly, it kept their coworkers and their families safe from the virus.

It was a huge undertaking at the beginning of each shift, but these people did an outstanding job working on the production floor. – Larry Soto
